B200/B200RS/B200RSV        Triple Clamps

This is your sign to ditch those bulky steel factory triple clamps on your Coleman B200 mini bike.  Our clamps our CNC machined from lightweight 6061 aluminum and the stems are made of 7075 aluminum for extra strength.  The complete set is 3lbs lighter than stock.  They feature fork tube clamps, top and bottom, unlike the factory.  This allows you to make height adjustments, or run optional forks like Kawasaki KLX110 or KX60.  The handle bar clamps work with the stock handle bars as well as most aftermarket 7/8 diameter bars.  They offer 8 different bar positions (4-front to back, 2-heights) to fine tune the bar location to your liking and give taller riders a little more knee room.  Installation is simple with common tools and all needed hardware is provided.  No cutting or bearing race removal.  We install a new All Balls tapered lower bearing onto the stem (greased).  Your factory outer races remain in place and your upper bearing is reused. As well as the factory steering nuts. (any damaged parts should be replaced).  We even supply a pair of CNC'd aluminum fork caps to provide a super clean look to the tops of the forks (see photo).  Factory headlight and front fender bolt right up with a set of longer bolts provided.  Brake line tab can be reused with some slight modification and extra bolt provided.
