CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum, the JTI Open-Design Ignition Cover is built with the precision and attention to detail expected from JTI.

The open-concept design transforms the appearance of the traditional left-side engine cover and gives your KLX110 or DR-Z110 a purpose-built, performance-inspired look.

Direct Factory Replacement

Designed as a direct replacement for the factory ignition cover, installation is quick and straightforward.

The cover uses supplied 5mm x 10mm stainless steel socket-head screws for a clean, durable installation.

2010+ KLX110 Billet Plug

For 2010 and newer KLX110/KLX110L models, we include a hidden billet aluminum threaded plug and O-ring to replace the factory plastic plug.

This keeps the upgraded appearance consistent while providing a billet replacement for the original plastic cover.
