Upgrade the rear brake control on your KLX110 with the JTI Billet Rear Brake Pedal. Designed from the ground up for the KLX110 platform, this pedal combines substantial billet construction, unique frame clearance, and adjustable pedal positioning in a design that works with both drum and compatible disc brake setups.

Built from Billet. No Shortcuts.

Every component of the JTI brake pedal is CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum. Nothing is cast, bent, or pressed.

The pedal arm is finished in a durable textured black powder coat and measures nearly 1/2" thick at its narrowest point—providing a substantial increase in material compared with many competing designs.

Unique Over-the-Peg Design

The JTI pedal is designed to run over the top of the footpeg but underneath the kick starter. This provides the necessary clearance around the engine case and kicker while maintaining compatibility with the stock kick starter.

No spacing or modifications are required—even on the KLX110L.

The pedal works with:

(Not compatible with BBR, TBR or some upswept peg brackets)

Adjustable Pedal Position

The pedal tip features three mounting positions, allowing you to adjust the distance between the foot peg and pedal tip to suit your preference.

The unused mounting holes can also be used to attach a brake saver, available separately.

Drum or Compatible Disc Brakes

The JTI Rear Brake Pedal works with drum brakes as well as compatible disc brake configurations.

For disc brake setups, the brake arm must remain in the same location as the stock brake arm. Disc brake conversions that relocate the brake arm—such as certain BBR disc brake conversions—are not compatible.

Important Compatibility Notes

For drum brake applications, the brake system must be in good operating condition and the brake pivot rod must be in the correct position. Many factory rods may be bent and can often be straightened successfully.

For disc brake applications, the setup must retain the brake arm location used by the stock configuration. Relocated brake-arm setups are not compatible. Contact JTI with your specific disc brake setup before ordering if you are unsure.
