CORSO PLATE

CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum, tig welded one-piece construction with a textured black powder coat finish.  Combines a cradle, footpeg bracket and a 1/4" thick skid plate into one unit.  Utilizes the (4) factory peg bracket mounting points, (2) factory skid plate mounting points and uses the lower engine mounting bolt to tie directly to the frame.  The end result is a tough, lightweight cradle assembly.  Peg mounts accept most* 1999+ Yamaha YZ125 compatible foot pegs, giving you the choice of any style peg to suit your riding preference.  No cutting, drilling, or welding.  Our kickstand mount is available separately.

  **Requires the use of a JTI over-the-peg brake pedal included in this combo.

OVER-THE-PEG BRAKE PEDAL

Every component is constructed of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum.  Nothing is cast, bent, or pressed.  The pedal arm is black texture powder coated and nearly 1/2" thick at its narrowest point.  Pivot point has an oil embedded bronze bushing and the brake rod attachment hole is a stainless steel bushing for durability.  Our unique design runs over the top of the pegs but under the kick starter so there is no interference with the engine case or stock kicker.  No spacing or modifications required.  For drum brakes only.  The pedal tip has (3) three positions so you can adjust the distance to your liking.  The remaining holes can be used for a brake saver (sold separately).  This pedal is required for our Corso Plate and is NOT compatible with stock peg mount.

Note:  Requires drum brakes to be in good operating condition and brake pivot rod to be in correct position. (some are bent but can normally be straightened successfully)
