Give the top end of your engine a complete billet makeover with the JTI Engine Dress Up Kit. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory tappet and cam covers, this three-piece kit adds precision CNC-machined billet aluminum components for a clean, high-end finish.

Complete Billet Upgrade

Each component is CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum and finished with a durable textured black powder coat.

The kit includes two tappet covers and one cam cover, replacing the factory covers with a matched set that gives the engine a more refined, performance-focused appearance.

Low-Profile Tappet Covers

The JTI tappet covers feature a lower-profile design that provides additional clearance for taller aftermarket carburetors.

This makes the kit especially well suited to modified KLX110 builds where carburetor clearance can become an issue.

Direct Factory Replacement

Installation is straightforward. The JTI covers are designed as direct replacements for the factory covers and utilize the factory O-rings and hardware.

Factory O-rings and hardware are not included.
