Give your KLX110 engine a precision-machined upgrade with the JTI Billet Engine Side Cover. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory ignition cover, this CNC-machined billet component combines a clean, purposeful design with the option to personalize your build with custom engraving.

Precision Billet Construction

CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum, the JTI Engine Side Cover provides a premium replacement for the factory cover.

The cover features a durable textured black powder coating, giving it a clean, finished appearance that complements both stock and highly modified KLX110 builds.

Direct Factory Replacement

The JTI Engine Side Cover is designed for a straightforward installation and reuses the factory mounting bolts.

For 2010 and newer models, the cover incorporates a center through-hole that retains the factory access plug, maintaining the functionality of the original design while upgrading the surrounding component to billet aluminum. We also have billet inspection plugs. See our other listing.
