KLX110 / KLX110L / DRZ110             Frame Braces

Give the upper frame of your KLX110 or DRZ110 the additional support it deserves with JTI Billet Frame Braces. Designed to connect the two upper frame/engine mounting points, these substantial billet braces help reinforce the frame while also helping reduce engine vibration.

Serious Strength Without the Bulk

Each brace is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and measures nearly 8mm thick at its narrowest point. The result is a stout, lightweight component designed to provide additional support without adding unnecessary weight.

The braces connect the upper frame/engine mounts together, creating a stronger connection between these mounting points and helping support the upper portion of the frame.

Proven Vibration Reduction

In addition to reinforcing the upper frame, JTI Frame Braces have been proven to help reduce engine vibration. It's a simple upgrade that can improve the overall feel of the bike while adding support where it matters.

Built for the KLX110

JTI Frame Braces are finished with a durable textured black powder coat and our signature contrast-cut finish for a clean, purpose-built appearance.

Installation takes just minutes using the supplied Grade 10.9 hardened, zinc-coated bolts and Grade 10 locknuts. The supplied hardware is longer than stock to accommodate the braces properly.

Important Compatibility Notes

• Not compatible with some aftermarket upper shock mounts or other products that use the same mounting locations.

• Not compatible with some aftermarket exhaust systems, including 2002–2009 Yoshimura RS2 and FMF 4.1.
