JTI KLX110 to Marzocchi 45/48mm Conversion Triple Clamp Assembly

Upgrade your KLX110 front end with the JTI Conversion Triple Clamp Assembly, designed specifically to mount 35mm Marzocchi Shiver forks ("Zokes") to 2002–current KLX110, KLX110L, and DR-Z110 models.

Built for serious mini riders, this conversion allows you to run legendary Marzocchi suspension while improving front-end strength, control, and adjustability. The clamps are also compatible with several other 45/48mm fork combinations with the use of custom wheel and brake spacers.

Optimized Fork Spacing

The fork spacing has been increased to 160mm center-to-center, wider than the original Marzocchi/Faba design. This provides improved tire clearance and allows the use of modern wider front tires, expanding wheel and tire setup options for today's builds.  A longer axle and wider spacers are needed for these clamps.  See our listing for Axle/Spacer kits.

Precision CNC Machined Construction

Each clamp is CNC machined from 6061 and 7075 billet aluminum, delivering exceptional strength, precise fork alignment, and long-term durability.

The clamps feature partially split upper and lower designs with opposing clamp directions, providing superior clamping force while maintaining structural strength under aggressive riding conditions.

8-Position Handlebar Adjustability

The integrated bar mount system allows riders to fine-tune cockpit ergonomics with 8 adjustable handlebar positions:

• 4 forward/back mounting positions
• 2 height configurations

Bar Height Options

• +19mm
• +29mm over stock height

This adjustment range gives taller riders more knee clearance while allowing precise handlebar positioning for improved control.
