Reduce engine vibration without sacrificing strength with the JTI Rubber Isolated Front Engine Mounts. Designed specifically for the Kawasaki KLX140, these precision-machined billet mounts combine lightweight construction with a purpose-built rubber isolation system designed to allow controlled movement of the engine while maintaining a secure, rigid connection to the chassis.
CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the JTI front engine mounts are lightweight, durable, and precisely manufactured for proper fitment on the KLX140.
The mounts are available in either a raw machined finish or Factory Edition matte black Cerakote with our signature contrast-cut detailing.
Unlike a solid engine mount, the JTI rubber-isolated design allows a small amount of controlled engine movement. This helps reduce vibration transferred through the chassis while maintaining the strength and integrity required for hard riding.
Our proprietary rubber bushings are manufactured in-house, allowing us to control the specific hardness and characteristics of the bushing material for the intended application. This isn't an off-the-shelf rubber solution—it's a system developed specifically for the KLX140.
Pair the rubber-isolated front mounts with our JTI rear engine mounts for a complete engine mounting upgrade.
Prefer a completely solid connection? JTI also offers a solid version of the front engine mounts for riders looking for a different setup.
