The JTI Billet Front Sprocket Cover is designed specifically for the Kawasaki KLX110/KLX110L and Suzuki DR-Z110, providing a clean, durable solution that works with or without the factory steel case saver.

Precision Billet Construction

CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum and finished with a durable textured black powder coat, the JTI Front Sprocket Cover delivers the strength and premium appearance of a billet component while maintaining a clean, low-profile design.

The cover functions as a case saver on its own but is designed to hide the factory steel case saver, if you choose to use it, giving the countershaft area a much cleaner appearance. The product photos show the cover installed with the factory case saver in place.

Designed Around the Factory Setup

The JTI Front Sprocket Cover is a direct replacement for the factory plastic guard and uses the stock mounting hardware.

The cover's dimensions provide clearance for up to a 15-tooth front sprocket.
